Senior Veeva Vault Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Veeva Vault Solution Architect to bridge architecture and delivery across a global Veeva Vault platform.

Working closely with the Platform Senior Architect, you will translate high-level architectural direction into detailed solution designs that Configuration Specialists, Integration Engineers and QA teams can implement.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring strong knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration and integrations rather than enterprise architecture governance.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Veeva Vault solutions based on business and platform requirements.

  • Translate architecture decisions into detailed solution designs for delivery teams.

  • Produce architecture documentation including:

  • Solution Designs

  • Data Flow Diagrams

  • Integration Designs

  • Object Models

  • Review configuration and integration deliverables for architectural compliance.

  • Support reusable design patterns across multiple Vault applications.

  • Act as the primary architectural contact for Configuration, Integration and QA teams.

  • Perform impact analysis across Vault applications and integrations.

  • Support architecture reviews, release planning and PoCs.

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Architects, Product Owners and technical teams.

Wymagania

  • 5+ years of Solution Architecture or Solution Design experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Vault Configuration
  • Objects
  • Lifecycles
  • Workflows
  • Vault-to-Vault Connections
  • APIs
  • MuleSoft or similar integration technologies
  • Experience creating solution design documentation.
  • Experience working in GxP regulated environments.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
  • TOGAF knowledge.
  • Veeva Vault certifications.
  • Experience working in a Veeva CoE.
