Quality Analyst with English

Your responsibilities
- Performing quality checks on transactions
- Root cause analysis, identifying corrective and preventive actions
- Monitoring correctness and accuracy of quality checks performed by respective teams
- Support in collection of quality related artefacts - regular review and update
- Audits on adherence to work instructions
- Maintaining cooperation with Quality Lead/Manager with regards to quality related aspects
Wymagania
- English a minimum B2 level (essential for client communication)
- 2 years of experience in quality (corporate / SSC / BPO environment) and reporting area
- Experience in process AR is required Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Very good knowledge of Excell
