As a Specialist Business Analyst at flexhub, you drive the functional quality and clarity of our complex products. You architect business solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and solve the most difficult logical contradictions we face. Your deep expertise in banking domains and data modelling allows you to make decisions that ensure consistency. You are the functional anchor your team relies on.

Your main tasks are:

• Primary Action: Architect business solutions for high-impact and complex domains.
• Integration: Define the functional integration strategy for external partners.
• Implementation: Solve complex logic gaps and edge cases in the requirements.
• Quality: Establish requirements standards and ensure the team adheres to them.
• Collaboration: Guide the team during functional planning and help resolve blockers.
• Operations: Analyse usage metrics to identify process improvements and plan capacity.
• Documentation: Write architectural decision records (ADRs) for functional choices.
• Learning: Mentor junior and professional analysts to help them advance their careers.
• Stakeholder: Advise product management on the feasibility and risks of new business ideas.
• Improvement: Drive the adoption of new analysis tools that increase clarity.
• Performing analysis to support the design of technical and functional solutions of developed applications. This the role requires a combination of process skill and a good understanding of technology
• Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures. In that context you will be also supporting and coordinating test-activities.

Your Profile:

You possess deep expertise in business analysis with a strong track record in complex financial software. You have experience guiding other analysts and making trade-offs regarding scope and complexity. You speak English fluently and can explain complex banking concepts to technical colleagues. You value precision and user-centricity highly.
