Junior Automation Developer

The RPA and Agentic AI Junior Developer supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance and continuous improvement of automated processes. The role monitors automation performance, troubleshoots issues, implements minor enhancements, and supports Agentic AI adoption by assisting in development, testing and maintenance of AI-enabled automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor/maintain deployed RPA and Agentic AI automations
- Analyze incidents, troubleshoot, implement fixes
- Bot monitoring (execution tracking, error analysis, KPI reporting)
- Support development/testing/deployment of enhancements
- Develop/maintain automation components and workflows
- Support Agentic AI initiatives (workflow config, testing, prompt validation)
- Prepare/execute test cases
- Collaborate with business users
- Maintain technical documentation
- Support change requests and production deployments
- Participate in continuous improvement
Wymagania
- Experience in RPA development/automation support/software development
- UiPath Studio and Orchestrator strongly preferred
- Basic desktop automation/scripting experience
- Understanding of business processes and system integrations
- Troubleshooting/debugging skills
- Interest in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business/Data Science or related
- UiPath certifications preferred
